Altnautica builds an open compute layer for drones. Its ADOS platform puts a
software-defined agent on a drone's companion computer and pairs it with a
browser-based ground control station, a Linux ground station and an operator
workstation, so an existing airframe running ArduPilot, PX4, Betaflight or iNav
gains long-range video and telemetry, mission planning, on-vehicle perception and
a signed extension system. The software is open source under GPLv3. Altnautica was

Lowercase, always. Space Grotesk semibold with tight tracking. Do not stretch it, outline it, add a gradient to it or set it on a busy photograph.

Three claims we will ask you to correct
An end-to-end video latency number
We do not publish one, because we have not measured one. Our own instrumentation covers the publish side of the pipeline and explicitly excludes capture, encode, the radio, the ground ingest and the browser. If a number appears in a draft, it did not come from us.
Hardware we have not shipped
The reference flight computer is in development. Please do not describe it in the present tense, and please do not attribute a board specification to a shipping product.
Comparisons by name
We do not name competitors and we would rather you did not do it on our behalf. Typical first-party stacks is the phrasing we use. We also do not describe this as an operating system or as an analogue to a phone platform: it is a software-defined drone platform, an open compute layer for drones.
